
Jill H. Miller, Esquire is the founding partner of the law firm. Prior to the
firm’s inception in 1997, she was a principal in the law firm of Coviello &
Miller for 13 years.
Ms. Miller is a graduate of Bennington College and received her juris
doctorate from the Widener University School of Law. Attorney Miller was first
admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1977.
She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit.
Ms. Miller has limited her practice to insurance bad faith, medical
malpractice and personal injury for 21 years since completing a clerkship with
the Honorable Malcolm Muir of the United States District Court for the Middle
District of Pennsylvania in Williamsport.
Attorney Miller is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the
Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lackawanna and Bar Association. She is also
a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association where she served on the
Board of Governors from 1990-1996 and the Amicus Curie Committee from 1992 to
2001.
Ms. Miller sits on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Resource Center,
Lackawanna Pro Bono, Inc. and Jewish Family Services. She is the past president
of the Board of Directors of the Everhart Museum.
